This three-part course introduces participants to the fundamental concepts and methods necessary to implement a quality improvement project. Participants learn the philosophy of the quality movement and practical approaches to make things better. Quality 101 will be a hands-on, interactive set of workshops where you will learn a set of proven quality methods.
Tim Hallock, our facilitator, is the Director of Quality Management for the Wisconsin Department of Health Services/DLTC. He has over 30 years of experience applying quality methods in service, health care and government sectors. Tim has advanced training in Organizational Behavior Management with certification as a Six Sigma/Lean Black Belt.
