Call For Examiners {Summer Cycle}
Applications are currently being accepted for the Wisconsin Forward Award Board of Examiners through May 7th. Application materials are available for download under The Forward Award tab. WCPE seeks candidates from all sectors of Wisconsin’s economy, including business, health care, education, manufacturing, not-for-profit, service, and government. Examiners review applications and provide feedback to Wisconsin organizations based on the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence. The Wisconsin Forward Award program provides training and mentoring opportunities. Examiner trainings are held in late January (winter cycle) and June (summer cycle)

How can I get discounts on your learning events? Becoming a member of WCPE will save you money if you attend more than one event a year. Memberships are based on a calendar year from the date you submit your application and payment. Download a membership form here. If you’d like to fax in your form, send it to 608-663-5302.

Where can I get more information on how the Wisconsin Forward Award will benefit my organization? Your best bet is to call us at (608) 663-5300 to talk with Liz Menzer, Executive Director of WCPE. If you’re unable to call, visit The Forward Award tab on our website for more information.

What are the dates to apply to serve on the Board of Examiners? Examiner applications need to be submitted by snail mail, email or fax to us by May 7th or November 7th each year. We operate two cycles of the Wisconsin Forward Award–winter cycle (application due November 7th) and summer cycle (applications due May 7th). You can download an application form here.

What are the dates to apply for the Wisconsin Forward Award? Applying for the Award is a two-step process. First, you’ll need to submit your Intent-to-Apply form (click to download). Those must be postmarked by October 31st (winter cycle) or April 30th (summer cycle). The full application is then due January 15th (winter cycle) or July 15th (summer cycle).
