The Baldrige Framework has evolved over time and with bi-annual changes, may seem onerous and complicated to comprehend. Our seminar facilitator has developed an “easy-to-grasp” approach to understanding and applying the Baldrige Framework for organizational assessment and improvement.
- The interactive seminar includes practical exercises as well as numerous examples to bring the Baldrige Framework to life. Participants will learn from the vast knowledge and experience of the facilitator as well as work with and learn from other organization’s experiences in applying and using the Baldridge Framework and Criteria for Performance Excellence.
- This seminar is best suited for those seeking to understand the benefits of applying the Framework to their organization, team members or Category leads of an organization’s assessment team, leaders of an organization, or anyone that desires a better understanding of the Baldrige Framework.
