Principles of Performance Excellence: Introduction to Baldrige | River Falls

This powerful one-day workshop is a terrific introduction to using the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence in your organization. Participants will leave ready to complete a Challenger application. This workshop is hosted by Chippewa Valley Technical College at its River Falls campus.
