Do you struggle with managing your personal and team priorities? Do you have a hard time keeping people accountable or is your environment highly reactionary?   Did you know that 90% of employees work on project teams, yet leaders have never been trained in project management concepts? They don’t need to understand every aspect of project management, but they do need to understand high-level project management concepts and the tools to use to be successful in this day and age.

an will facilitate a discussion that focuses on tools, methods, practices that help you improve your own personal productivity, your time management, and your ability to effectively lead teams and optimize their productivity.  You will:

    Learn high-level project management concepts that every leader needs to understand.
    Gain a high-level understanding of how technology is evolving to address these leadership challenges.
    Learn how to transition your highly reactionary team to be more planful and proactive.

In today’s environment, we are all asked to do more with less — maximizing productivity and optimizing resources are key to achieving results.  Come explore ways to improve your and your team’s productivity as we start 2023!
