The Communities of Excellence National Learning Collaborative is a three-phase program that includes communities from across the country learning and sharing together. With the guidance of facilitators and mentors, they work in their respective communities to grow community engagement and visible progress towards community performance excellence that improves outcomes in the areas of health, education, economy, housing, and other key aspects of quality of life.  Interested in learning how your community could be Wisconsin’s first participant?

The next National Learning Collaborative cohort begins in October. Learn more by attending  this webinar  featuring communities that have embraced the NLC curriculum and are excelling in their COE journeys.
