Meet a Wisconsin Forward Award Examiner: Dale R. Shaver

We're proud to feature Dale R. Shaver, Director of the Waukesha County Department of Parks and Land Use, as part of our WCPE Examiner Spotlight series.

In his role with Waukesha County, Dale leads a diverse and impactful department that covers economic and community development, environmental health, and more. As a cabinet-level advisor to the County Executive, Dale is deeply invested in creating systems that drive high performance and measurable outcomes.
