Making Resilience a Strategic Advantage

In today’s’ world, it’s not enough to just perform well — organizations must survive an ever-increasing number of disruptions, shifting and adjusting rapidly. COVID taught us that resilience is more than responding to disruptions with agility: we need to be proactive to be resilient — but how do we do this?
The Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence — in partnership with the Performance Excellence Network and the Iowa Quality Center — is pleased to host an online webinar discussion on Thursday, May 16: “Making Resilience a Strategic Advantage.” The discussion will be facilitated by Dr. JoAnn Sternke, owner of Leader Excellence LLC and former Superintendent of Pewaukee Schools, winner of the 2013 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
