The Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence and the Performance Excellence Network are pleased to launch two new leader roundtables in February 2024!  The virtual roundtables will be facilitate by JoAnn Sternke, of Leader Excellence LLC.

• The Performance Excellence Executive Roundtable Program provides a confidential, facilitated environment for C-suite executives to share best practices and resolve strategic challenges related to their performance excellence journey. Members can expect to fill the “lonely at the top” void while networking with peers to make better business decisions.  It is an energetic place to problem solve in a confidential, collaborative setting.
  This roundtable will meet from 8:30 – 10:30 central on the dates below.
• The Emerging Leaders Roundtable Program is a structured, confidential place for constructive conversation for emerging leaders—managers, supervisors, directors—as they explore best practices, build their leadership tool kit and a grow their professional network.
  This roundtable will meet from 11 – 1 central (bring your lunch) on the dates below.
