The Power of Measurement: A Community Discussion on Data-Informed Decision Making

Decisions based on data are more accurate, consistent, and effective than those made on instinct or “gut feel.” Data-based decision making requires you to measure and analyze your organization’s performance, both inside the organization and in your external environment. Measurements should be derived from business needs and strategy, and they should provide critical data and information about key processes, outputs, results, outcomes, and competitor and industry performance.
The Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence in partnership with the Performance Excellence Network, is pleased to host an online webinar discussion on Thursday, July 13th: “The Power of Measurement: A Community Discussion on Data-Informed Decision Making” The discussion will be facilitated by Amy Kay Czechowicz, who leads Process Improvement, Business Analysis, and Change Management for Ramsey County in Minnesota.
