Dawn Garcia, MS, MBA, CMQ-OE, has been a healthcare, business and education leader for over 30 years, serving in senior leadership roles before launching her management consulting firm, Pursuit of Excellence LLC in 2013. As a business owner and senior business consultant, she helps service-based businesses to achieve high performance levels in leadership, strategy, and operational execution for profitability and sustainability. As a Senior Examiner affiliated with the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program since 2009, she has led national Baldrige examiner teams in evaluating national recipient organizations, and she has helped a number of Wisconsin organizations on their journey to achieve WFA Excellence recognition. She serves as an active ambassador for both the Wisconsin Forward Award and Baldrige Performance Excellence Programs, and supports a number of WFA training programs for examiners and applicant organizations.
