We live in politically divided times. And the political divisions reach well beyond government. These dynamics influence public trust in companies, organizations, media, and communities; and they challenge the role of current and emerging leaders. How can leaders navigate these dynamics? How can we cultivate emerging leaders who embrace the principles of ethical leadership?
