Meet Dr. John Latham, webinar facilitator

Dr. John Latham is an Organization Architect and Founder of the Organization Design Studio™ a Digital Learning Center and Applications Lab that helps leaders learn how to design and build organizations that produce sustainable value for multiple stakeholders. During the last 40 years, he has enjoyed a wide variety of experiences working in and with commercial, non-profit, education, and government organizations in Europe, Asia, Pacific Rim, Middle East, and the Americas. His experiences have ranged from his first adult job with the U.S. Air Force to Vice President for a $1.3 billion in vitro diagnostics manufacturer to Director of the Monfort Institute at the University of Northern Colorado to an international consultant on leadership and design for sustainable excellence. He served nine years as a Malcolm Baldrige Award examiner leading site visits to some of the nation’s highest performing companies. He also served as a Judge for the Rocky Mountain Performance Excellence Award, the VA Robert W. Carey Organizational Excellence Award, and the Army Communities of Excellence Award.
